What is an escape room?  It is a live action game that takes place in a themed room.  You use the clues that you find throughout the room to solve puzzles and riddles to escape or complete the challenge.

Is the door locked?  No! Due to insurance restrictions, the door will remain unlocked at all times. 

How old do I have to be?   A wide range of ages have played!  Players 15 years old and under need at least one paying adult in the room.

Will I have to sign a waiver?  Yes! All participants must sign a waiver (18 years or older), or have one signed by a parent/guardian (under 18 years old), prior to going into the escape room. If parent/guardian will not be present at time of booking, the waiver can be emailed to you.

How many players are there in a room?  All rooms are designed for 2 - 8 players. The posted difficulty of the room increases with less players, so bring your friends/family! 

Can I book a room for just my group?  Yes! All bookings are private. You may add additional players at time of booking, (not exceeding the maximum occupancy).

Can just 2 people play?  Yes, but keep in mind, the rooms are challenging. The more people you have can help with your success.

When should I arrive?  Players should arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time to sign a safety waiver, listen to a short intro, and be ready to enter the room on time! 

Are cell phones allowed?  No!  Phones, cameras, and other electrical devices which have not been approved prior, are prohibited in the rooms.

What happens if I arrive late?  If you are not present at the appointed time you may not be allowed to play, and no refund will be given. 

Can I cancel the booking?  All bookings are final. In some situations, rescheduling can be accomodated when a 48 hour notice is given. All monetary reversals approved are subject to a 10% processing charge of the original booking total.

Do you sell Gift Certificates?  Yes, you can purchase them online, or at our location.

Are you going to have new rooms in the future?  Yes! Check back regularly!
